Last semester, for our EDCI 250 seminar course, one of our final assignments included choosing our own topic of inquiry to explore based on observations and key takeaways from the class we completed our field experiences in. Interested by how daily scheduling and the timing of specific subjects and activities influenced learning, I researched the question:
How is student engagement impacted when science and arts courses are taught in the morning versus the afternoon?
